Gretchen Selfridge

Gretchen advises organizational leaders on issues of finance, planning, and operations. Over a 25 year career, Gretchen has led and scaled organizations at all stages of their development, serving as an executive, board member, consultant, and volunteer. In the tech sector Gretchen led finance and operations for an $800 million corporate division with operations worldwide. Subsequently she brought her depth of experience to projects in international relief, joining Global Strategies for HIV Prevention, where she managed programs to bring health care education and medicine to underserved populations. Her time spent in post-conflict countries in West and Central Africa tested and affirmed Gretchen’s commitment to offer balance and encouragement to people in challenging times. As an advisor to philanthropic teams, Gretchen brings good sense, rigorous analytics, smart decision-making, compassionate leadership, and an ability to move things forward. Gretchen holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and is a trained Conflict Mediator.
