Kate Wing
Strategy, Networks and Ocean Conservation

Kate Wing works with clients to design strategy, develop business models, build networks, and support ocean conservation. She has a wide breadth of experience from her twenty years in the social sector, from managing a $20 million grant portfolio at the Gordon & Betty Moore Foundation to running nonprofit campaigns and serving as a Congressional fellow. She spent part of 2016 as a Manylabs resident, pursuing her interest in open data for the oceans, and she serves on the Boards of Root Solutions and SciFund Challenge. She holds a Master’s of Marine Affairs from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Marine Biology from Smith College.
